1. I, the artist, reserve the right to decline any commission request.2. Clients must provide clear references, with clear flat color palettes for the character(s).3. You may not resell the commissioned artwork in any way, shape, or form. You also may not use the artwork for advertising. I do not offer commissions for commercial use at this time. I will also not resell the commissioned artwork. All commissioned artwork from me is for personal use only.4. You may not use the commissioned artwork to train generative AI (artificial intelligence), or put it through/into Generative AI in any way.5. You may not use the commissioned artwork to create NFTs (non-fungible token) or as an NFT.6. Refunds cannot be given after I have started the commissioned artwork. However, I will refund you if I am unable to finish the artwork for any reason.7. I must receive the first half of the payment up front, then the rest upon completion of the commissioned artwork. I will also accept full payment up front.8. Please credit me when reposting the artwork. Allow me to post it to my socials first before you post it, if I so decide.9. I do not offer private commissions at this time. Meaning, I will most likely post any commissioned artwork I create.10. I, as the artist, retain full copyright over the commissioned artwork. Including, but not limited to, the rights to use it in portfolios, to promote my commissions with it, and to post it on my social media profiles.11. I will make three revisions during the sketch for free. All revisions after the first three will cost additional fees added to the original price of the commission. Additional revision fees vary depending on the artwork’s complexity. 30$ for an additional revision. 40$ for an additional revision of a complex piece. Edits during the sketch, and to fix any mistakes I may have made during coloring, are always free.

I will draw: OCs (original characters), anthro/furry, human, humanoid, hybrids, custom characters, redesigns, OC x canon/yumeships, OC x OC, poly ships, LGBTQIA+, angst, Sparkledogs, reference sheets, ect.I won’t draw: NSFW (Not safe for work), suggestive, fetish art, hate speech, homo/transphobic, politcal, religious art, illegal ships, gore, ect.I will do positive religious references! (Have done it before!)Fandom art: your OC drawn with a character from the media, if it’s just an OC then I’ll draw them even if I’m not familiar with the media! I will only draw media I’m familiar with or know. Unless I am uncomfortable with the media.I can do: lineless, chibi, cartoony, props, multiple outfits on a reference sheet, ect.The maximum amount of commission slots in one session is 5-8, it resets once I’m able to take a break. The amount of slots depends on what you want for each drawing.
